With the help of the local government, Haistamp rented a new factory building of 55000 square meters in the New Energy Vehicle Industrial Park in Qiandeng Town. From workshop renovation, equipment introduction to production line debugging, the new production base is ready for operation in two months and is expected to turn out 4 billion yuan of output value this year.

The Provincial Department of Commerce will conduct in-depth investigations and research in grassroots business departments and foreign-funded enterprises by focusing on headquarters economy and project recruitment in a bid to solve the difficulties faced by foreign-funded enterprises in their development and support the establishment of a key enterprise contact system and strengthen the guarantee of full cycle factors for enterprises.
Suzhou has launched 100 reform measures and 169 specific matters, while continuously strengthening tracking services for enterprises, stabilizing expectations and strengthening confidence through practical actions, and promoting stable and high-quality development of foreign investment and foreign trade.
“We will study and develop supporting special policies and measures for Suzhou Municipal Foreign R&D Centers to attract more multinational companies to establish regional headquarters and functional institutions such as research and development, settlement, and trade centers in Suzhou. We will continue to expand multi-level and diversified communication and investment promotion channels between government and enterprises, solve common problems faced by enterprises, and continue to create a first-class business environment that is market-oriented, legal, international, and convenient,” said Cao Guofen, Deputy Director of Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce.
